It’s with a mixture of emotions that I’m writing to you today – a touch of nostalgia, a whole lot of excitement, and a massive burst of pride! As some of you may know, The Boutik has been a huge part of my life for over 15 years.
It’s a brand that’s incredibly personal to me, and seeing it evolve and win so many regional and national awards, including Salon of the Year multiple times, has been an absolute dream.
But the truth is, The Boutik brand, as we knew it, started to transform a couple of years back. We moved away from being a traditional hair and beauty salon and embraced the world of aesthetics, specialised skincare and so much more.
This felt like a natural progression, and for me, deep down, The Boutik brand just didn’t quite reflect what we were becoming anymore. It felt like it said goodbye two years ago.
So, with a heart full of happy memories and a head brimming with fresh ideas, I’m absolutely thrilled to announce the next chapter in this exciting transformation journey – The Boutik Salon is officially becoming the Jacalyn James Clinic!
This isn’t just a name change, it’s a statement. It’s me, Abigail Jacalyn James, finally stepping out of the shadows and putting my name behind the incredible clinic we’ve built together. It’s about embracing the future with renewed confidence, knowing that Jacalyn James reflects exactly who we are and what we stand for.
Don’t get me wrong, saying goodbye to The Boutik is a little bittersweet. But as I close this chapter, I do so with an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the journey it’s taken me on and those that support me.
The Jacalyn James Clinic isn’t just about me, though. It’s about all of us – you, our amazing clients, and the incredible and positive team I have the privilege of working with every day. It’s about creating a space that’s warm, welcoming, and dedicated to helping you look and feel your absolute best. It’s about advancing ourselves as therapists and practitioners within our Skincare, Beauty and Aesthetics Clinic, and combining the clinic with the already established Jacalyn James Training.
The comeback, as they say, is always greater than the setback. And with Jacalyn James Clinic, I truly believe we’re embarking on a new era – one filled with even more success, more pampering, and more opportunities to make you feel truly special.
So, here’s to the future! Here’s to Jacalyn James Clinic! And most importantly, here’s to all of you – our loyal clients who’ve been with us on this incredible journey.
